This 1920’s house had suffered a series of unfortunate remodels and also presented a less than attractive façade to a street of lovely homes in Colonial Heights.  A master suite addition above the one-story living room coupled with a front porch expansion resulted in a new gracefully curved roof and a dramatic street appearance..

The entire interior was completely renovated, including re-configuration of rooms, simplified circulation, and improved connections to the yard.  The exterior gained new, period-appropriate windows and siding.  Featured in Fine Homebuilding. (Read PDF)
