Orchard Way

A tired looking 1970’s ranch was completely transformed inside and out into a contemporary craftsman-inspired home.  Many rooms were either relocated or modified in order to replace the formerly chopped up interior with a new open plan with graceful circulation.  Among other changes, a windowless dining room was moved to join the living area and kitchen, all with large windows facing a southern orchard view.

The before and after photos of this house are a testament to the dramatic changes made.
