Perched one story above the sidewalk on a sloped corner lot, this 710 SF ADU slides gracefully into its surrounding neighborhood.  Below the ADU, a workshop banked into the slope provides the Owner with a large multipurpose workshop space opening directly onto the street.

With vaulted ceilings and large windows, the interior feels bright and much larger than its actual size. The large windows also provide views of urban activity on SE Clinton Street while their height above the sidewalk maintains interior privacy.  The kitchen opens onto a secluded patio under the canopy of mature trees preserved by careful building placement.
