Sumner Triplex


Located on a 50’x100’ corner lot, this triplex consists of three, 1400 SF townhouse style units.  Developed as affordable housing for low income area residents, the design provides elegant, spacious three bedroom units with structurally simple, repetitive plans.  This economy of construction allowed for the inclusion of both durable higher end finishes and a highly insulated, energy efficient shell.  The building achieved gold certification by Earth Advantage.

The project has been cited as an exemplary infill model in numerous local publications and planning studies.

We’re achieving awesome infill goals of increasing density while not blowing away the scale of the rest of the neighborhood.
