Portsmouth Rowhouses

project

As a Portland infill demonstration project, this development consists of two 1,600 SF attached units, placed at right angles on a 50’x100’ corner lot.  The L shaped building plan allows each unit more individuality, reduces the shared common wall area, and creates surprisingly large private yards.  The 90 degree unit orientation also allows for more windows, with bright, airy interiors.
