Reed College Arts & Crafts
The former façade of this 1920’s house was awkward and out of step with its more graceful neighbos on a tree lined boulevard terminating at Reed College. A front porch addition and associated modifications to the main roof provided a much needed facelift and a welcoming entry. The exterior renovations complement and improve upon the original design of the house, making it feel as though it was built this way from the start.
Similarly, a rear porch addition replaced a dilapidated shed, created covered outdoor space, and completed the appearance of the home’s back façade.
I just think you added so much to this house and others see it, feel it, and are willing to pay for it.
